Using our telephone hotline, community members can seek assistance with a series of issues from welfare, employment to housing etc.  We also arrange a succession of personal interview services.

We can support any member of the Chinese community. Our telephone staff speak both Mandarin and Cantonese, as well as English. We aim to listen attentively with understanding and empathy. Where we cannot help directly we can refer callers to other services as needed.

Our Group was originally setup in 1989, primarily to help Chinese women who were unable to access statutory and other voluntary services. this was mostly due to language and/or cultural barriers. We have also extended our support to their families.
